Print your leads. Do not try and use an online CRM. Top producers always print their leads as soon as they are purchased.

Set appointments for the same day only. If you set more than 1 day out, your no-show rate will be higher.

Triple-dial each number on the lead sheet.

The purpose of the phone call to a lead is to set an appointment. We do not quote or ask medical questions. We only book the appointment!
