  • ​The platforms we use are: Discovery Data, Ringy, Recooty and ZipRecruiter. We have a system for using these platforms so it is very clear on how to be successful

What to do next:

  • When you have an individual who wants to move forward, work with your manager on how to onboard them. Typically, you will group text your manager and the interested individual to introduce them to one another. Your manager will schedule a call to welcome them to the team and go over the next steps​
